Key Objectives
In a challenging economic climate, Charity People identified a need to strengthen their internal EDI support. Since summer 2024, we’ve been partnering with them to deliver tailored consultancy focused on wellbeing, inclusive recruitment, inclusive leadership, communication and cultural awareness. Alongside this, we host regular EDI coffee mornings, offering staff a space to ask questions, share experiences and seek guidance on both internal and client-facing inclusion challenges.
