Janet is an ESG, international trade, and economic development specialist with over 20 years of experience across the UK and global markets.
She has extensive experience in corporate banking, facilitating cross-border trade, structured financing, and supporting private sector growth. Beyond banking, Janet has contributed to trade and economic development through policy design, implementation, and strategic advisory, while influencing leadership in international development and sustainable trade.
A passionate advocate for ethical trade, Janet is a certified B Leader (sustainability consultant for B Corp certification), supporting purpose-driven businesses to embed ESG principles and access new markets in the UK and Africa. She is also the Founder of ImpactDev, a platform that accelerates sustainability adoption and international market access through practical tools, advisory, and capacity-building solutions for organizations in trade and economic development sectors.
